Consultations and consent
All treatments are subject to a clinical consultation and your informed consent. We may decline to perform a treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it is not appropriate for you.
Bookings, deposits and cancellations
Some appointments require a deposit, redeemable against treatment. Please give at least forty-eight hours' notice to reschedule or cancel; late cancellations may forfeit the deposit. [Replace with your booking and cancellation terms.]

Outcomes vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Following the aftercare guidance we provide is an important part of a good result.
